• The cruise will take place at Sungai Lebam Wetlands, a calm and scenic river surrounded by lush mangrove forests.
• The tour also includes a visit to the Desaru Fruit Farm Shop, located nearby in Johor.

• Children aged 2 and above can join the cruise.
• Children under 13 must stay with a parent or guardian at all times.
• For safety, children should stay seated and not run or lean over the boat.

• Drinking water is provided during the tour.
• Meals are not included, but you may bring light snacks.
• You can buy fresh fruits and snacks at the Desaru Fruit Farm Shop. Bring cash or use e-wallets.

• The tour guide speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• There will be lots of nice photo spots – nature, birds, the river, and more.
• Please be careful with phones or cameras near the water. We suggest using a waterproof pouch.
• Drones are not allowed unless you have special permission.

• No smoking or vaping is allowed during the tour.
• The boat area is not wheelchair accessible.
• If you have serious back problems or have had surgery recently, check with your doctor before joining.

7. Minimum Requirement

• A minimum of 2 participants is required to book this activity.

• Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

• Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.
• Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 24–72 hours.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
•  Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

• Bring sunblock, insect repellent, and a small personal bag.
