1. Booking
Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Booking Confirmation Timeline:
- Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.
- Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 24–72 hours.
2. Prices & Payment
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
General Policy:
- Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the activity. Please refer to the specific activity’s cancellation section for details.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- Mystravels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an activity due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a new date or a full refund (excluding bank processing fees).
Additional Cruise Policy:
- All yachts used for charter are licensed and insured. Passengers are also insured under our personal accident policy.
- The cruise schedule, activities, or type of yacht may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. All cruise services are subject to weather conditions.
- We provide canopies and a saloon area for shelter, and cruises will continue during rain. Cancellation will only occur at the discretion of the Management or Captain of Crystal Yacht Holiday if dangerous conditions arise that could affect passenger safety.
4. Booking Amendments
- Requests to change booking details (e.g., date or time) must be made at least 7 days in advance.
- All changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure you meet all activity requirements (e.g., age, health conditions, etc.).
- Follow all safety instructions provided by the operator.
- Mystravels is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the activity.
6. Third-Party Providers
- Some activities are operated by our trusted third-party partners.
- Mystravels is not responsible for the services, actions, or safety practices of these providers.
- Guests must follow the terms and safety guidelines set by the activity provider.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or other unforeseen events.
8. Liability
Mystravels is not responsible for any delays, accidents, or losses resulting from third-party actions or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, etc.).
