• Guests who do not meet the safety requirements for any activity may be required to skip the activity, with no replacement or refund.
• Single ATV requests are subject to availability and an additional charge.
• Prohibited items include alcohol, drugs, sharp objects, and any items deemed unsafe.
• Pets are not allowed at the activity site.
• Guests are advised not to participate if they have medical conditions, are pregnant, or are unfit for adventure activities.

• As weather conditions are beyond control, bookings remain non-refundable.

• Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation email will be sent within 5 minutes of booking.
• Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation email will be sent within 24–72 hours.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• If applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

• ATV Ride / Go-Kart (Rider/Driver):
  • Minimum age to ride as a driver: 12 years old
  • Guests below 12 years old may ride as a passenger only, where permitted
  • Maximum combined guest weight per ATV: up to 150 kg
• Skybike:
  • Minimum height: 140 cm
  • Maximum weight: 90 kg
• Bungee Ejection:
  • Minimum weight: 45 kg
  • Maximum weight: 70 kg
• Flying Fox:
  • Maximum weight: 90 kg
• Guests who do not meet the requirements for any activity may be required to skip the activity only, with no replacement or refund.
• Single ATV Request (If Applicable)
  - Requests for Single ATV are subject to an additional charge of RM20 per person, payable on-site.

• Mangrove River Cruise is conducted on a sharing basis, subject to weather and daily scheduling.
• The Mangrove River Cruise package includes complimentary snorkelling and sunset watching, subject to weather and sea conditions.
• Snorkelling equipment is provided during the mangrove tour.
• A refundable snorkelling equipment deposit of RM200 per group is required.
• The deposit must be paid in cash before the mangrove activity begins.
• The full deposit will be refunded after the completion of the mangrove activities, provided all equipment is returned in good condition.
• Snorkelling and sunset watching may be cancelled or adjusted due to safety, weather, or sea conditions, with no replacement or refund.
