1. Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Confirmation Timelines:
- Instant Confirmation Activities: Email will be sent within 5 minutes of booking.
- Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Please check your inbox and spam folder for updates. If you don’t receive confirmation within the stated timeframe, contact our support team promptly.
2. Prices & Payment
- All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All bookings for this route are nonrefundable.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
Please plan your journey to Langkawi Jetty Point accordingly and allow sufficient time for check-in and immigration processing.
4. Amendments to Bookings
- Requests to amend booking details (e.g., date, time, or participant names) must be made at least 48 hours before departure.
- A modification fee will apply.
- All changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
In cases of weather disruption or operational issues, Mystravels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. Guests will be offered either:
- An alternative travel date, or
- A full refund (excluding bank processing fees)
5. Traveler Responsibilities
All passengers must ensure they:
- Meet the specific requirements for the activity (age limits, health conditions, etc.)
- Follow all safety instructions provided by ferry staff or tour operators
- Arrive at Jetty Point Complex, Kuah, Langkawi at least 1.5 hours before departure
- Travel documents & entry visas for both Malaysia and Thailand are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Any issues arising from non-compliance (e.g. fines, entry denial) must be handled by the passenger.
Mystravels and its partners will not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses during travel or activities.
6. Third-Party Providers
Some activities, including excursions in Koh Lipe, are operated by our trusted local partners.
- Mystravels acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for the operational conduct, safety procedures, or service levels of third-party providers.
- Passengers must comply with the terms and safety requirements of the local operators.
7. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against:
- Medical emergencies
- Cancellations or delays
- Personal losses or accidents
This is especially important when traveling to remote destinations such as Koh Lipe, where medical access may be limited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mystravels is not liable for delays, cancellations, or any losses resulting from:
- Actions by third-party providers
- Force majeure events, such as weather disruptions, government policies, strikes, or natural disasters
