- For no-shows, late arrivals, missed trips, or unwillingness to accept alternative boats
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable after payment
- Weather-related cancellations are not refundable, but rescheduling or alternative boats may be offered
3. Conduct Policy:
- No outside food/drinks, smoking, or alcohol
- Guests who display unruly behavior will be asked to leave with no refund

1. All safety rules and regulations must be strictly complied.
- Life jacket must be worn at all times
- Alcohol, Smoking and Vaping are strictly prohibited.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
2. Boarding policy
- Passengers must be at the boarding gate 20 minutes prior boarding.
- The Management will not replace or refund if the customer failed to check in on time or board the boat by the boarding time.
- Outside food and beverages (except those for infants or special medical needs) are not allowed into the boat.
- Alcoholic drinks, smoking and vape are strictly prohibited.
3. Pregnant women who have entered their 24th weeks of pregnancy are not allowed to be on board.
4. The Management reserves the right to decline entry to any persons causing a nuisance, not following safety guidelines of any other reasons at any time.
5. Children below 90 cm height or below 36 months are not allowed to be on board.
