- Participants ride at their own risk. The operator is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal losses during the activity.
- Not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, or serious back/neck issues.
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed. Children aged 6–15 must ride as a passenger with an adult.
- Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a change of clothes as the trail may be dusty or muddy depending on weather.
- In the event of bad weather or unsafe trail conditions, the operator reserves the right to reschedule the tour or offer an alternative slot for your safety.
