Third-Party Providers

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen events.

Liability

• All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable. Any cancellation by the customer will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount. No-shows are strictly non-refundable.

• The operator reserves the right to amend the itinerary, menu, timing, or activities due to operational, weather, or safety requirements.

1. What is included in the cruise package?

• The package includes a sunset cruise experience, buffet dinner onboard, free-flow selected drinks, karaoke session, sightseeing of Maha Tower and Eagle Square, and water activities such as Jacuzzi Net, Jacuzzi Tub, Sea Slider, and U Jump I Jump.

2. What should I bring or wear?

• Guests are advised to wear comfortable casual clothing or swimwear. Please bring your own towel, extra clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, waterproof phone pouch, and any personal medication if needed.

3. Do I need any special equipment or knowledge?

• No special equipment or prior experience is required. The activities are beginner-friendly, and the crew will provide guidance and safety instructions before the cruise.

4. Is transportation provided?

• Transportation is not included. Guests are required to arrange their own transport to MSN Kuah Jetty unless a transfer service is booked separately.

5. Is the activity safe?

• Yes. A safety briefing will be conducted before departure. The cruise is fully licensed and insured, and crew members will be onboard throughout the activity. Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the crew.

6. Are meals provided?

• Yes. A buffet dinner is provided onboard. The menu may include prawns or squid, sweet and sour fish fillet, chicken rendang, stir-fried vegetables, chicken satay, fried rice, fried bihun, and fruits. Food and beverages are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Are drinks provided?

• Yes. Free-flow selected drinks are included. Beverages may include cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, fruit juices, mineral water, beer, wine, and other selected drinks.

8. Where is the departure point?

• The cruise departs from MSN Kuah Jetty, Langkawi. Guests should arrive at the jetty at least 30 minutes before departure.

9. What time is the cruise?

• Guests assemble at 3:30 PM. The cruise departs at 4:00 PM and returns at approximately 8:00 PM.

10. Is the cruise suitable for children?

• Yes. Children may join the cruise but must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times. Children aged 4 to 11 years are charged at the child rate, while children below 4 years old may join free of charge.

11. What happens if it rains?

• The cruise may still operate during normal rain or cloudy weather. Cancellations, refunds, compensation, or rescheduling due to rain, cloudy weather, wind, rough sea conditions, or weather forecasts are not accepted unless the operator cancels the cruise for safety reasons.
