Go-Kart Session

• Enjoy a 10-minute ride in the high-performance SODI SR4 kart

• Race on a 1.3 km track with real-time lap timing

• Lap results will be sent to your smartphone and email

After the Race

• Relax at the eatery above the track with a clear view of the race and a variety of food and drinks available

• Location: The Go-Kart activity takes place at Lot 67, Pantai Cenang, Mukim, 07000 Langkawi, Kedah.

• Operating Hours: The track is open daily from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

• Payment Policy: Full payment is required to secure a booking. Participants who have not completed payment will not be allowed to join.

• Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or bank account within 14 working days.

• Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

• Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.
• Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 24–72 hours.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
•  Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the activity. Please refer to the specific activity’s cancellation section for details.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

• Requests to change booking details (e.g., date or time) must be made at least 7 days in advance.
• All changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
• Mystravels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an activity due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a new date or a full refund (excluding bank processing fees).

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or other unforeseen events.

• Participants must be at least 12 years old and have a minimum height of 150 cm to join the standard Go-Kart activity.

• Yes, children aged 5 to 11 years old can join the Ninebot (Kids Kart) activity, which is specially designed for younger participants.

• Yes, children aged 12 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Yes, the maximum weight limit is 130 kg.

• Sandals and open-toed shoes are not allowed. Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for driving.

• Yes, all guests must sign a liability waiver form acknowledging the risks involved.
• For participants under 18 years old, a parent or guardian is required to sign on their behalf.

• If the activity is cancelled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

• Yes, the activity is suitable for beginners. A safety briefing will be provided before the session begins.
