1.Booking & Participation:
Be at Teluk Baru Jetty at least 15 minutes before the tour starts to check in and prepare.
Late arrivals may miss the boat.
All participants must be included in the booking. Extra guest cannot join without prior arrangement.

• Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Booking Confirmation Timeline:

• Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.
• Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 24–72 hours.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
•  Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

7. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or other unforeseen events.
