  • Minimum age to operate a Jet Ski: 16 years old
  • Minimum age to ride as a passenger: 5 years old, accompanied by an adult
  • Exception: No participants below 16 years old are allowed for the Tuba Island Discovery Package
• Maximum:
  • Maximum combined weight per Jet Ski: 180 kg (rider and passenger combined)

• The activity operates year-round, subject to weather and sea conditions.
• Morning sessions are generally recommended due to calmer sea conditions.
• Availability may be limited during peak seasons or adverse weather.

• Prohibited items: Alcohol, illegal substances, sharp objects, drones, and pets are strictly not allowed.

• Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation email will be sent within 24–72 hours after booking.

• Cancellation and refund policies vary by activity.
