1. This is a private boat activity with a maximum of 8 persons per boat, including children.
2. Guests must follow the confirmed departure time and jetty location stated in the booking voucher.
3. Entrance fees to Tasik Dayang Bunting and Bat Cave are not included and must be paid on-site.
4. Life jackets are provided during the boat ride for all tours. For Island Hopping only, life jackets are not included for swimming and can be rented on-site if required.
5. Guests are advised to arrive on time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show.
6. The itinerary may be adjusted based on weather, sea conditions, or operational requirements.
7. Wildlife sightings (e.g. eagles, monkeys) are not guaranteed as they depend on natural conditions.
8. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the boat crew at all times.

• Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

• Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.
• Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 24–72 hours.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
•  Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

• Requests to change booking details (e.g., date or time) must be made at least 14 days in advance.
• All changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
• Mystravels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an activity due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a new date or a full refund (excluding bank processing fees).

Activity Timing:

• Guests may select their preferred departure time between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, subject to availability.

Reporting Time:

• Guests must check in at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show.

What to Bring:

• Sunscreen, towel, extra clothes, drinking water, and cash for entrance fees (Tasik Dayang Bunting & Bat Cave), rentals, and personal expenses.

Restrictions:

• No pets allowed. Avoid bringing excessive jewellery or valuable items. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Safety & Life Jackets:

• Life jackets are provided during the boat ride. For swimming at Beras Basah Island or Tasik Dayang Bunting, life jackets are not included and can be rented on-site.

Weather Policy:

• Tours will proceed unless weather conditions are unsafe. In such cases, the activity will be rescheduled.
