Itinerary Description

1. Arrival & Check-In

Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Check in, sign any required forms, and attend a short safety briefing.

2. Start of ATV Ride

Begin the journey through the Machinchang Forest, taking in the lush scenery.

3. SkyCab Tower 1 (Photo Stop)

Pause for pictures with the iconic Langkawi Cable Car in the background.

4. Waterfall Checkpoints

Visit two scenic waterfall stops, where you can step into the water if you wish.

5. Off-Road Adventure

Experience a fun off-road trail, perfect for adrenaline seekers.

6. Return to Base

Conclude your ride back at the starting point.
Hand over your ATV and equipment, and feel free to ask any questions.

1.Arrival Time:
Guests are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled ride to complete registration and attend the safety briefing.

2. Weight Limit:
Each ATV can accommodate a maximum weight of 150 kg in total.

3. Rider Limit:
A maximum of two (2) riders per ATV.

4. Child Passengers:

Children under 12 years old must ride as passengers only.
Children under 4 years old can ride with a parent if the combined weight is under 150 kg, and the parent must hold the child with a baby carrier.

5. Safety Briefing:
All guests must attend the safety briefing before starting the ride.

6. No Cancellation/Refund:
Once booked, cancellations and refunds are not permitted

Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Booking Confirmation Timeline:

Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.
Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 24–72 hours.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

4. Booking Amendments

Requests to change booking details (e.g., date or time) must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Mystravels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an activity due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a new date or a full refund (excluding bank processing fees).

FAQ

1. What is included in the price?

The price covers the rental of one ATV. Each ATV can be used by either a single rider or two riders (double), at the same rate.

2. Can children ride the ATV alone?

No. Children under 12 years old can only ride as passengers and must be accompanied by an adult.

3. What if my child is under 4 years old?

Children under 4 can ride with a parent, provided the combined weight does not exceed 150 kg, and the child is secured with a baby carrier.

4. Can I get a refund if I cancel after booking?

Unfortunately, no. Once the booking is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not available.
