1. Booking
Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Booking Confirmation Timeline:
- Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation email will be sent within 5 minutes of booking.
- Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation email will be sent within 24–72 hours.
2. Prices & Payment
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
General Policy:
- Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the activity. Guests must refer to the specific activity’s cancellation policy for full details.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Mystravels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an activity due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, guests will be offered a new date or a full refund, excluding bank or payment processing fees.
4. Amendments & Changes
- Amendments are subject to the individual activity’s policy.
- Changes requested after booking confirmation may not be permitted and may require a new booking at full cost.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Guests must ensure they meet all activity requirements, including age, health, and fitness conditions, where applicable.
- Guests must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the operator at all times.
- Mystravels shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the activity.
6. Third-Party Providers
- Some activities are operated by trusted third-party providers.
- Mystravels acts solely as a booking agent and is not responsible for the services, actions, or safety practices of these providers.
- Guests must comply with all terms, rules, and safety guidelines set by the activity provider.
7. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Liability & Force Majeure
Mystravels shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, government regulations, or actions by third parties.
