• Check-in opens at 3:30 PM at Royal Langkawi Yacht Club
• Cruise departs at 4:00 PM sharp and will not wait for late arrivals
• Bring swimwear, towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, and sunglasses
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted
• Pets are not allowed on board
• Water activities are optional and subject to sea conditions
• Guests participating in water activities are advised to wear life jackets provided

• Cruise operates in light rain
• Water activities may be modified or suspended due to sea conditions
• In the event of unsafe weather or sea conditions, the operator may reschedule or cancel the cruise
• Sunset visibility is weather dependent

• Participation in water activities is at the guest’s own risk
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew
• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times
• The operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety or operational reasons without prior notice

Booking Confirmation

• Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
• Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.
• Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 24–72 hours.

Prices & Payment

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the activity. Please refer to the specific activity’s cancellation section for details.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Booking Amendments

• Requests to amend booking details, such as date, time, or number of participants, are subject to the specific activity’s amendment policy.
• All amendment requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
• Mystravels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, excluding any bank or processing fees, unless stated otherwise.

Customer Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for ensuring that they meet all activity requirements, including age, health condition, fitness level, and any other requirements stated for the activity.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the operator.
• Mystravels is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or personal belongings incurred during the activity.

Third-Party Providers

• Some activities are operated by our trusted third-party partners.
• Mystravels is not responsible for the services, actions, safety practices, or operational decisions of these providers.
• Guests must follow the terms, conditions, and safety guidelines set by the activity provider.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen events.

Liability

• Mystravels is not responsible for any delays, accidents, losses, injuries, damages, cancellations, or changes resulting from third-party actions or force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government regulations, technical issues, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Flat shoes or sandals are best on a boat

• Please arrive by 3:30 PM. The cruise departs at 4:00 PM and will not wait for late guests. Late arrivals will be treated as a No-Show.
• All children (4 to 11 years) and infants (0 to 3 years) must be accompanied by a paying adult and supervised at all times, especially during water activities.
• Life jackets must be worn during all water activities (swimming, paddleboard).
• Non-swimmers may remain on board and enjoy the deck, jacuzzi net, karaoke, and other facilities.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board.
• Pets are not allowed on the cruise.
• Drone use is subject to operator approval and Langkawi airspace regulations.
