1.Location:
Maha Tower is located at: Maha Tower, Kuah, 07000 Langkawi, Kedah.

2.Access:
Your ticket grants access to Level 18’s Sky Lounge and Level 33’s Sky Deck only.

3.Admission Time:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled visit time.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers, and no refunds will be provided for missed entry due to lateness.
The last admission for the normal slot is at 4:00 PM, and for the sunset slot, it is at 6:00 PM.

4.Slot Duration:
The normal slot allows for a 1 hour 30 minutes visit, while the sunset slot offers 2 hours of access.

5.Outside Food and Beverages:
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the Tower. However, infant food, drinking water, and food for specific dietary needs are permitted with proof, which must be shown to our Customer Service Ambassadors before entry. Please note that non-Halal food and beverages are strictly prohibited.

6.Identification:
 Please show ID for registration and check-in.

7.Smoking and Chewing Gum:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Tower, including cigars, electronic cigarettes, and vaporisers. Chewing gum is also not allowed on the premises.

8.Ticket Policy:
All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.  
Tickets are valid only on the date printed. No refunds will be given if entry is refused for reasons listed in these terms.

• Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

• Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.
• Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 24–72 hours.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.

No, outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the attractions.

2.Can I smoke inside Maha Tower?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of Maha Tower, including indoor and outdoor areas. Designated smoking areas (if available) will be clearly marked.

3.Are pets allowed inside Maha Tower?
No, pets are not allowed inside the attractions, except for certified service animals.

4.Is there a dress code to visit Maha Tower?
While there is no strict dress code, visitors are advised to wear comfortable attire and appropriate footwear for safety and convenience.

5.Are there any storage facilities for personal belongings?
Yes, lockers are available for rent to store personal belongings during your visit.

6.Can I re-enter Maha Tower after exiting?
No, re-entry is not permitted once you have exited the attractions. Please plan your visit accordingly.

7.Is photography allowed inside Maha Tower?
Personal photography without flash is allowed. However, the use of tripods, drones, and professional photography equipment is prohibited without prior permission.

8.Are tickets refundable or transferable?
No, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable as per our Cancellation Policy.
