1. Where is the departure point?
- The trip departs from Jeti Nelayan Kelibang, Persiaran Dayang, Kelibang, 07000 Kuah, Langkawi, Kedah.
- Note: The departure jetty may change due to tide conditions. We will notify you in advance if there are any changes.
2. Is lunch included in the package?

3. Are vegetarian meals available?
Yes, vegetarian meals can be arranged upon request.
4. Is snorkeling equipment provided?
Yes, all necessary equipment will be provided for your snorkeling adventure at Payar Island.
5. What happens if the weather is bad?
For safety reasons, snorkeling trips may be cancelled during bad weather. If this happens, you’ll receive a refund within 7-14 of working days
6. Is there anything important I should know before the trip?
Yes, please take note of your meeting time at the jetty, as it may change due to weather conditions. We will confirm the time one day before your scheduled trip.
7. Will I see sharks at Payar Island Marine Park?
Shark sightings are not guaranteed as they depend on sea conditions and natural occurrences.
8. Can I fly after snorkeling?
Yes, it is safe to fly after snorkeling, as it does not involve breathing compressed air like scuba diving. However, we recommend allowing a few hours to rest and rehydrate before your flight, especially if you've had a long or physically demanding session.
9. Do I need to pay for the Marine Park Fee?
No, the entrance fee to the Marine Park is included in your package.
10. Will there be a guide during the trip?
Yes, an English-speaking guide will be present throughout the trip to assist and guide you.
11. When will I receive confirmation?
You’ll receive confirmation within 48 hours, subject to availability. We recommend booking your trip at least two weeks in advance. This is because Payar Island is only open from June to February and strictly limits entry to a maximum of 100 visitors per week. As a result, confirmation depends on availability and is managed carefully to comply with these visitor restrictions.
12. What happens if the date I selected is fully booked?
If your preferred date is unavailable, we will refund your payment within 7 to 14 working days, minus a processing fee.
