Overview

Itinerary Description

4:30 PM – Check-in at Tropical Charters counter at Resorts World Marina. Arrive and meet the crew for boarding.
5:00 PM – Departure from the marina. Enjoy coastal views as the yacht sets sail.
5:30 PM – Water activities: relax in the saltwater jacuzzi or try the “You Jump, I Jump” sea splash.
6:30 PM – Dinner onboard. A delicious meal served while cruising.
7:30 PM – Sunset at Sunset Point. Relax and capture the perfect photos.
8:00 PM – Return to Resorts World Marina. Disembark with wonderful memories.

Registration begins at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at the Tropical Charters counter, Resorts World Marina meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure. The cruise departs promptly at 5:00 PM, and latecomers will not be accommodated. Be on time to avoid missing the boat.

2. Water Activities – Be Prepared:

Your cruise includes exciting water activities such as the Salt Water Jacuzzi and You Jump, I Jump experience. For your comfort and enjoyment, please bring swimwear, a towel, and a change of clothes.

3. Licensed & Trusted Tour Operator:

We are a fully licensed tour operator, committed to providing a safe, fun, and well-organized cruise for all our guests.

4. Meet-Up Location:

Check in at our designated meeting point at Tropical Charters counter, Resorts World Marina before the cruise begins.

5. Options Provided:

Choose an alternative cruise date.
Get a refund for the ticket price, excluding any applicable administration or processing fees.
No other claims or compensations will be entertained.

6. Cancellation Policy:

In case of unforeseen circumstances, the cruise may be canceled.

Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Booking Confirmation Timeline:

Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.
Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 24–72 hours.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
