1. Booking

• Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation will be sent within 5 minutes after booking.
• Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation will be sent within 24 – 72 hours.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Bookings will only be confirmed upon successful payment.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the selected activity.

• No refunds will be issued for No-Shows or unused services.

4. Booking Amendments

• Amendment requests must be made at least 14 days before the activity date.
• All amendment requests are subject to availability and operator approval.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the activity and payment arrangements.
• Amendments requested less than 14 days before the activity date are not permitted.

5. Weather & Operational Changes

• Activities are subject to weather, sea, and operational conditions.
• Mystravels and/or the operator reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel activities due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests may be offered an alternative date based on availability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all activity requirements, including age, health, and physical conditions.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the operator and crew members.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the activity.

7. Third-Party Providers

• Some activities are operated by trusted third-party providers.
• Guests are required to follow all rules, terms, and safety procedures set by the activity operator.

8. Travel Insurance

• Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance covering accidents, medical emergencies, cancellations, and unforeseen events.

9. Liability

• Mystravels shall not be held responsible for any delays, accidents, losses, injuries, or damages caused by third-party providers, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
• Guests participate in activities at their own risk.

• Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party operator/partner, a confirmation voucher/email will be sent within 24 – 72 hours.

• Pattaya Beach, Koh Lipe, Satun Province, Thailand
• The activity operates around the surrounding islands and snorkeling spots near Koh Lipe depending on the selected package and weather conditions on the tour date.

Activity Time

• 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Guests are strongly advised to arrive at the designated reporting point at least 30 minutes before departure time for registration and preparation.
• Late arrivals or failure to report on time may result in a No-Show without refund.

Operation Day

• Daily during Koh Lipe operating season, subject to weather and sea conditions.
• The snorkeling season normally operates from mid-October until mid-May each year. However, operation dates may vary depending on weather conditions, sea conditions, and local authority regulations.
• During the low/off season, tours may be temporarily suspended for safety and operational reasons.

Minimum Participants Requirement

• This activity requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate for shared/join trips.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met:
• The operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour
• Guests may be offered an alternative tour date, subject to availability
• Guests may choose to upgrade to a private tour with an additional surcharge
• The additional surcharge amount varies depending on the number of participants and operational availability.

Weather & Sea Conditions

• This activity is highly dependent on weather and sea conditions.
• For safety reasons, the operator reserves the right to:

• Postpone or cancel the trip without prior notice
