Itinerary Description

Arrive at Benny’s On The Beach, Sunrise Beach, at least 15 minutes before the session.
Brief introduction and light warm-up.
Guided yoga session based on selected level (Beginner, Mixed, Physio, or Intermediate).
Cool down and relaxation by the beach.
Session ends.

Duration: Approximately 60 minutes per session.

Important Information

1. Booking Requirements

Minimum: 2 participants required for 6:00 AM Beginners session. Other sessions operate with confirmed bookings.
Maximum: Subject to instructor capacity and space availability.

2. Best Time / Season

The best time to join is during Koh Lipe open season (generally October – May) when weather conditions are calm and suitable for outdoor sessions. Sunrise and sunset sessions offer the most comfortable temperatures.

3. Additional Notes

Pets are not allowed during the session.
Participants must arrive on time; late arrivals may not be permitted to join.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted during the session.
Participants should avoid heavy meals at least 1 hour before the session.
Please keep personal belongings secure. The operator is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

4. Weather & Conditions

This is an outdoor beach activity and is subject to weather conditions.
Sessions may be rescheduled due to rain, strong winds, or unsafe beach conditions.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

5. Agreements & Waivers

By participating, guests acknowledge that yoga is a physical activity and agree to participate at their own risk.
Participants confirm they are medically fit to join the session.
The operator and Mystravels shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.

1. Booking

Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Booking Confirmation Timeline:

Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking.
Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: You will receive your confirmation email within 24–72 hours.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

General Policy:

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the activity. Please refer to the specific activity’s cancellation section for details.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

4. Booking Amendments

Requests to change booking details (e.g., date or time) must be made at least 7 days in advance.
All changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Mystravels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an activity due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a new date or a full refund (excluding bank processing fees).

Follow all safety instructions provided by the operator.
Mystravels is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the activity.

6. Third-Party Providers

Mystravels is not responsible for the services, actions, or safety practices of these providers.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or other unforeseen events.

4. Reporting Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session.
Late arrivals may not be allowed to join once the class has started. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

5. Operation Days

Open daily during Koh Lipe open season only.
Classes are subject to weather conditions and instructor availability.

6. Weather & Operational Notice

In case of bad weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants (for 6:00 AM class), the session may be rescheduled.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
